Refund policy

Because fragrance is a personal, hygienic product, we can only accept returns or exchanges on items that are unopened, unused, and in their original packaging.

Returns must be requested within 30 days of delivery. Opened bottles, sample vials, discovery sets, gift cards, and sale items are final sale. All returns are subject to inspection, and approval is at Eau Society's discretion. Return shipping is the guest's responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or we made an error. Once we receive, inspect and approve your return, your refund goes back to the original payment method within 1 business days.
