Shipping policy

All orders ship ground within the continental United States. Fragrance is classified as a flammable liquid, so we're unable to offer air, expedited, or international shipping at this time.

Orders are processed within 3 business days. You'll receive tracking by email once your order ships.

Orders over $100 ship free. Orders under that ship for a flat rate of $9.

If your package is lost in transit or arrives damaged, that's on us. Send an email to us with your order number (include a photo of the damaged item and packaging) within 14 days at hello@eausociety.com and we'll send a replacement or issue a refund. Once a carrier confirms delivery, responsibility for the package transfers to you, if tracking shows delivered but you can't find it, check with neighbors and anyone else at the address first, then reach out within 48 hours so we can open a trace with the carrier. We can't guarantee a replacement once delivery is confirmed, but we'll do what we can.
